Planning

Our managed network device services program begins with a network threat, vulnerability and risk assessment.

Using the results of the assessment we’ll develop a plan, in consultation with you, to address the top risk areas based on any operational, scheduling and budgetary considerations.

The next step in the process is to review your existing infrastructure and see if there are any configuration changes we can make immediately. This allows us to leverage your existing equipment in the interim to improve performance and security right away. A good example of this would be a network device firmware upgrade.

The next step in the process will be a recommendation for products and configuration changes that will improve your environment with an emphasis on security and performance. We can provide equipment to you as a turnkey solution, or you can purchase it.

Many businesses have made significant network infrastructure investments and we understand this. Rest assured, we’re going to strive to work with what you have, supplement that equipment and/or replace it if necessary (or if you want to!).

Support

After the initial deployment and setup has been done and the network is operating optimally, we’ll move into the manage and maintenance phase of the service. This includes monitoring, support, configuration changes/updates and as needed upgrades to your infrastructure. We’ll continue to provide semi-annual network threat assessments to ensure that your network is protecting and performing based on your needs.
